Reflection: what this is saying in my opinion is that no matter what day it is and what kind of day you are having you always have the choice to choose the right. Also by him saying that it will become easier by practice it means that you don’t learn this helpful tool right away it takes practice before you finally realize that you are doing right things that will benefit you down the road into a better future for you and your future family.
